3. Non-Returnable Items
- Exceptions: Electronic components can only be returned if shipped in error.
4. Restocking Fee
- Criteria: A 5% fee applies to items that are used, damaged, personalized, returned late, or have damaged packaging.
5. Incomplete Returns
- Deduction: Missing items may lead to deductions from your credit balance.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information

- Authorization: Email us at return@toleq.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Include this number on the return package.

9. Drop Ship Orders
