- Costs: For returns not due to our error, you will cover return shipping and a 5% restocking fee.
3. Non-Returnable Items

5. Incomplete Returns

- Authorization: Email us at return@toleq.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Include this number on the return package.

- Shipped Orders: Cannot be canceled. Returns will incur fees.
9. Drop Ship Orders
