1. Damaged or Defective Items

• Inspection: Check your items upon receipt for any damage or defects.
• Report Issues: Notify us within 30 days if there is a problem.
• Exchange: Defective items can be exchanged for identical ones. Non-defective items will incur service and restocking fees.

2. Items Shipped in Error

• Return: Return items that do not match your order within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Costs: For returns not due to our error, you will cover return shipping and a 5% restocking fee.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Exceptions: Electronic components can only be returned if shipped in error.

4. Restocking Fee

• Criteria: A 5% fee applies to items that are used, damaged, personalized, returned late, or have damaged packaging.

5. Incomplete Returns

• Deduction: Missing items may lead to deductions from your credit balance.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

• Costs: You will be responsible for additional shipping costs if the package is returned due to an incorrect address.

7. Return Procedure

• Authorization: Email us at return@toleq.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Include this number on the return package.
• Packaging: Ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging.

8. Order Cancellation

• Unshipped Orders: Can be canceled by contacting us before shipment.
• Shipped Orders: Cannot be canceled. Returns will incur fees.

9. Drop Ship Orders

• Policy: Drop ship orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Significant fees apply.

10. Special Orders

• Fees: Additional fees may apply for special orders. Some tools may not be returnable but can be reworked.

11. Refunds

• Processing Time: Allow up to 7 business days for processing. Shipping costs will be refunded if the return is due to our error.
