The Patent Pending EZ Drop™ tine system has a one-step tine engagement lever from the handle that quickly engages tines when the lever is depressed or disengages tines when the lever is released to pass over obstacles in the aeration path for uninterrupted aeration. It also features "in-ground" steering for unmatched maneuverability, ergonomics, ease of turning, improved production, reduced downtime and turf repair when compared to drum aerators. 3. Non-Returnable Items
- Exceptions: Electronic components can only be returned if shipped in error.
4. Restocking Fee
- Criteria: A 5% fee applies to items that are used, damaged, personalized, returned late, or have damaged packaging.
5. Incomplete Returns
- Deduction: Missing items may lead to deductions from your credit balance.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information

7. Return Procedure
- Authorization: Email us at return@toleq.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Include this number on the return package.

- Shipped Orders: Cannot be canceled. Returns will incur fees.
9. Drop Ship Orders
