EGO PGX Commercial Charging Power Bank (Bare Tool)
EGO Commercial’s PGX Commercial Charging system is a flexible charging solution that scales to your business. Each PGX Commercial Charging Power Bank uses a 2.2kWh (40Ah) High-Capacity Battery to charge smaller EGO 56V ARC Lithium batteries off the grid and in the field anytime, anywhere. Once fully charged from the PGX Commercial Charging 1600W Hub, each High-Capacity Battery can recharge more than 30Ah of smaller batteries (batteries and power hub available separately) through the Power Bank’s dual 700W ports. The Power Bank will charge two 2.5Ah batteries in 30 minutes, two 4.0Ah batteries in 25 minutes, two 5.0Ah batteries in 30 minutes, two 6.0Ah batteries in 35 minutes, two 7.5Ah batteries in 45 minutes, two 8.0Ah batteries in 50 minutes, two 10.0Ah batteries in 60 minutes, and two 12.0Ah batteries in 75 minutes. The PGX Commercial Charging system is scalable, with up to six Power Banks connected to a single 1600W Hub to charge up to 15kWh overnight from any standard 15-amp, 120-volt outlet-no electrical infrastructure upgrades required. Power Banks are easily connected to each other with an included 2-foot power cable. The Power bank features a robust roll cage design for maximum durability in the field and can stack up to three units high. Each Power Bank features a high-visibility LED control panel plus an integrated locking bar for secure battery storage. Work all day, charge overnight with the PGX Commercial Charging system. 1. Damaged or Defective Items

2. Items Shipped in Error
- Return: Return items that do not match your order within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Costs: For returns not due to our error, you will cover return shipping and a 5% restocking fee.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Exceptions: Electronic components can only be returned if shipped in error.
4. Restocking Fee
- Criteria: A 5% fee applies to items that are used, damaged, personalized, returned late, or have damaged packaging.
5. Incomplete Returns
- Deduction: Missing items may lead to deductions from your credit balance.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Costs: You will be responsible for additional shipping costs if the package is returned due to an incorrect address.
7. Return Procedure
- Authorization: Email us at return@toleq.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Include this number on the return package.
- Packaging: Ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
8. Order Cancellation
- Unshipped Orders: Can be canceled by contacting us before shipment.
- Shipped Orders: Cannot be canceled. Returns will incur fees.
9. Drop Ship Orders
- Policy: Drop ship orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Significant fees apply.
10. Special Orders
- Fees: Additional fees may apply for special orders. Some tools may not be returnable but can be reworked.
11. Refunds
- Processing Time: Allow up to 7 business days for processing. Shipping costs will be refunded if the return is due to our error.
