For outstanding versatility, this adjustable drill press swivels up to 20 degrees to either side and moves up to 3/4 inch forward and backward. The drill uses 1,670 pounds of drill point pressure to drill up to 4.74 inches into ferrous metal at least 1/2 inch thick. These drill press tools are ideal for machine shop work with a 3/4 inch chuck that permits quick bit changes, and the electromagnetic drill press also takes taps up to 1 inch wide with 14 threads.
